  • Appropriate personnel policy regarding research and teaching staff

(optimization of the so-called N-number)

  • An effective and efficient personnel policy, taking into account the hiring of new, high-performing staff, as well as the retirement of employees after losing their passive voting rights (67+)
  • Utilizing the opportunities and potential of the Doctoral School (“research track” for outstanding alumni / “strategic recruitment”)
  • Appropriate publication policy, coordinated by the institute’s management, enabling the maximization of points
