We are pleased and proud to announce that Dr. Beata Koper has been appointed chair of the working group on digital humanities at the Ministry of Science and Higher Education
On April 15, 2026, a ceremony was held at the ministry’s headquarters to present the appointments, presided over by Deputy Minister Karolina Zioło-Pużuk.
Experts from the Institute of Literary Research of the Polish Academy of Sciences, the Institute of the Polish Language of the Polish Academy of Sciences, Jagiellonian University, University of Warsaw, and Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin will be responsible, among other things, for developing substantive qualitative criteria for evaluating digital research outputs that could be included in the evaluation process. This work aims not only to update regulations but also to create a catalog of best practices for disseminating and archiving the results of modern humanities research.
